to be the administrators for their contracts. Services that are typically
performed by Legacy Commercial Flooring, LTD are:
- Interior Assessment
- Pre-budget analysis
- Accurate quotes
- Pre-check of job-site conditions
- Accurate order entry
- Receiving of materials
- Warehouse storage until delivery can be scheduled
- Installation by
qualified mechanics who are insured, uniformed, and supervised
- Coordination
with other contractors
- Quality control
- Special installation services such as "Lift-man"
- Reclamation of carpet that is removed from the site - no
carpet goes into a landfill.
- Maintenance of the completed
installation

When the final selection is made, we will provide a "State Term
Schedule Proposal" which can be used by your client to create a
purchase order and is binding for 90 days.
State Term Schedule is a method of procurement that is made available
to government entities by the State of Ohio. The basic principle is that
the prices have been negotiated to their lowest possible level (comparable
